The garden's orange trees created a peaceful spot for breakfast, while the warm hospitality from the family made us feel welcome whenever we sought assistance.

The location of the hotel. The great kindness of hotel staff and comfortable facilities. Everything is very clean.

Difficult to reach by car. It is a restricted area for cars.

Very friendly staff/family business, home-like atmosphere, they actually offer "eggs" according to personal preference at breakfast, which is grreeaat! Quiet romantic neighborhood, with a very close grill that offers delicious fresh foods at a low price. Location in the "old city", lots of shops & restaurants within a walking distance. The staff offers a ride to the airport for a reasonable fee. The owner (manager's wife) is exceptionally friendly with a beautiful smile...i loved it!

Taxis may find it hard to find.

The bed was tiny, but the pool area was a nice escape from the chaos.

Everything was just perfect . Location in old town is the best near the broken minarate so you never loose the way. Near the beach , 1 minute away from the main road and tramway. Staff/owners are passionate about their hotel and help you plan your trip and get the maximum out of it. I even forgot my souvenirs and the owner shipped it to my next stop that was amazing. simply you feel at home. Special thanks to hulia and servette for the extra hospitality And deducation. Hotel deserves a 5 star rating and will surely come back Abd recomnend it to all

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that my holiday finished and had to leave.

Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was well-equipped. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and affable. Its service was exceptional. Location: the hotel was just next door to all restaurants, the marina and the main strip and the beach...

Location right inside the old city walls offers great access to local cafes and historical spots. The breakfast served features a classic Turkish platter that adds a personal touch to the experience.

The room maintenance leaves much to be desired, with broken showerheads, old mattresses revealing their springs, and a fridge that remained unplugged . The pool conditions were disappointing, as it remained unclean throughout. There was an uncomfortable lack of privacy with nearby residences. Lastly, Wi-Fi struggled to connect in the evenings when the network was overloaded, impacting my ability to relax.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, it was located in a good place near the old bazaar and it's a good value for money. The rooms were small but, clean. Although that there was no safe box in the rooms but, the place was safety.

The staff was no were to be found twice when we returned to the hotel. We just went behind the front desk and helped ourselves to the room key.

Amazing location just a short walk from the water! We stayed at this hotel with our young daughter and were most impressed with our hosts and their level of service. The room and public areas were spotlessly clean and Servet and his wife were always available to answer any questions. Servet was very knowledgable about local services and helped us book an amazing day tour, recommended a wonderful restaurant and set up a visit to a Turkish spa. The breakfast, served most mornings in the courtyard, was fresh and tasty. A great value for your money. We highly recommend it!

The room was very clean, the service very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect choice for our 2+2 family. I recommend Kaleice Hotel & Pension to anyone traveling alone or with family without any reservations.
